I've been on a slow fitness journey since 2017, with many ups and downs. During COVID, I peaked at ~300 lbs, and two years later I hit my lowest weight since 2009 at 229 lbs. I"m currently sitting at 240 lbs, plus or minus 3 lbs, which my body has really seemed to stick at. I do hope to drop more, getting to 200 or maybe even 190 lbs.
